Harlem Stage

As the in-house graphic designer for the New York City based non-profit performing arts organization Harlem Stage, I helped develop and elevate the branding of this small, but mighty team.

40th Season Anniversary

My design for Harlem Stage’s 40th Anniversary Season was inspired by the Gatehouse originally being part of a system that brought water into New York City. I emphasized vibrant imagery to highlight the bold culture of arts and activism that Harlem Stage has brought to New York for over 40 years.

40th Anniversary Gala

The Harlem Stage 40th Anniversary Gala was the culminating event for a season celebrating the legacy of the institution. My vision was evoke elegance using the concepts of water and timelines.

Black Arts Movement: Examined

The Black Arts Movement: Examined Series was dedicated to highlighting the visionary and impactful activism of the Black Arts Movement. My designs incorporated the striking imagery with the typographical style of Civil Rights Movement signage.
